Gentle behavior.
In the joint session of UP assembly when the Governor was to address the joint session there was pandemonium, ruffian, razzle-dazzle and rumps. All things happened there which should not have happened in a civilized society. It is not only in UP but in all assemblies and Parliament it is going to happen. It appears that when a person is elected to an elective body he gives up his civilized behavior and behaves like beasts. This is done by all parties. Is this part of Indian democracy? In fact these elected persons are giving such behavior in succession to next generation and next generation is also behaving in the same manner. This is called like father like son.
The governor is head of the state and being part of the legislature he comes and addresses the joint session of the legislation. He should be given due regards. Opposition parties may have several and sever grievances but at the same time the address by the governor in joint session of the elective body is not the proper time to create din or to crash and clash. The opposition parties should have patience and the ruling parties should have spunk and gravity to hear and understand the problems of the opposite parties. But it appears that all political parties in India have puerile attitude and lack in generosity and in gentle behavior. If they determine they can give to the nation and new generation good character and culture. Hope it may happen.
